We use personal information to respond to booking requests, operate and secure the club portal, administer club activities, and understand and improve the website. We only keep it for as long as reasonably necessary for those purposes or to meet legal obligations.

Services we use

• Supabase provides database and club-portal authentication services.
• Vercel hosts the website and provides privacy-focused usage analytics and performance monitoring.
• Google Maps supplies the map embedded on our contact page and may receive technical information when that page is opened.

These providers process information under their own privacy terms and may process it outside the UK.

Cookies

Cookies are small files stored on your device. This site uses essential cookies to keep authorised club-portal users signed in and to protect their sessions. Vercel Analytics and Speed Insights are designed to operate without placing tracking cookies. Embedded or linked third-party services, including Google Maps and social media sites, may set their own cookies when you use them.
